In order to avoid an unintended gap in coverage each named insurance participant must maintain the following underlying limits of liability:

Coverage will be effective once your enrollment is successfully processed and your certificate of coverage will be sent to you. We recommend that you maintain any current excess liability coverage until you receive your certificate with your effective date shown.
